Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK) has notified the High Carbon Stock Approach (HCSA) Secretariat on 5 April 2023, the decision to withdraw our HCSA membership effective immediately.

A HCSA member since 2018, this decision to withdraw came after careful and extensive deliberations. Going forward, KLK is aligning its resources to focus on climate change actions, placing priority in developing and acting on carbon reduction initiatives.

KLK would like to extend our appreciation to HCSA, the secretariat and its members for the support and cooperation throughout the years. We have indeed learned a lot, gained many friends and always grateful for the assistance and support received since 2018.

- To monitor and provide supervision to ensure smooth running field operations. - Assist in supervising daily operation, field maintenance and nursery management. - Assist in estate operational management including utilization of human capital and materials, reduce and mitigate the pests and disease attack in plantation. - To manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc), machinery, and other tools. - To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. - To support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with RSPO, MSPO & OSH requirements. - Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field. - At least 1-2 years of working experience in plantation environment. - Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Work independently, dynamic and result oriented. - Good people management, communication and report writing skills. - Willing to work and live in plantation environment. - Possess a valid B2 and D driving license. - Willing to relocate.
